Responsibilities
Prime Responsibilities
- To oversee all Quality assurance and Quality control activities for the project covering Design/ Engineering , Procurement , Construction , Inspection/ Testing and Commissioning phases
- Responsible for advising and guiding project line management on all Quality and verification activities and related technical matters
- Responsible for Establishment, implementation, operation, and maintenance of Quality Management System for projects in accordance with the applicable standards
- Responsible for Identification, allocation of quality resources and implement Quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures
- Management of Non-conformity process, Implement corrective and Preventive action & monitor its effectiveness
Shared cross-functionally
- Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline QA/ QC teams
- Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team
Key competencies Functional
Need to have
- Should have experience in Quality Management in EPC phases of oil and gas projects
- Should have experience working with international clients in India or abroad
- Should be a qualified QMS Lead Auditor
- Should have worked as a “Project Quality Manager for mega-sized Oil and Gas projects
- Should be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil and gas industries
Nice to have
- Should have NDT Level III certification in NDE techniques
- Should have certification (CSWIP / PCN / ISO 9712 / ASNT) in NDT methods
